  • Pharmacy records: Our partner, Halliwell Late Night Pharmacy, records your prescription in a Patient Medication Record (PMR) as required by UK law.

We may verify your identity using LexisNexis credit reference checks. If this fails, we will request additional proof of identity.

Health Data Collection via Mobile App

Our mobile app may integrate with Apple HealthKit or similar platforms to collect health-related data such as:

  • Weight, height, activity levels, heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, body temperature, body fat, lean body mass, and sleep analytics.

This data is securely stored in your patient record and used only to personalise your care. You can control or revoke access to this data at any time through your device settings.

How We Use and Share Your Information

  • Providing medical consultations.

  • Issuing prescriptions where appropriate.

  • Dispensing medicines via our licensed UK pharmacy.

With your explicit consent, we may also share information with your GP.
